Noma is passionate about gender equality and accelerating the growth of women in leadership spaces. We’ve seen this through her women empowerment initiative that she hosts called “Brunch With Noma” where the aim is to drive women to continuously challenge the status quo which excludes many women from the social and economic mainstream. She believes that by women working together they can ensure a societal shift so that women can take their rightful place and contribute to the country’s socio-economic growth and development.
